How long will my order take to ship?
Orders to addresses within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and take 1-2 business days to process and another 5-10 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped via Air Mail and take 1-2 business days to process and another 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that packages are not tracked beyond departure and all international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.

How can I check my order status?
Just email info@liannehall.com with the name and email address used for the order.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email info@liannehall.com. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the package is returned to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
We offer an Exchange Only Return Policy. Customer must pay for shipping to and from, unless the item is exchanged due to a defect or shipping error on our part. Please email info@liannehall.com in advance to determine shipping costs.
